Standard Age for Admission

According to NEP Norms

Nursery (Balavatika - 1)

The child should be 3+ years of age as of 31st December of the year seeking admission.

LKG (Balavatika - 2)

The child should be 4+ years of age as of 31st December of the year seeking admission.

UKG (Balavatika - 3)

The child should be 5+ years of age as of 31st December of the year seeking admission.

Grade - I

The child should be 6 + years of age as of 31st December of the year seeking admission.

Note :

Our school adheres to the age norms notified above for class admission.If there are any construction regarding in instructions.In such cases, we follow the instructions from the during the admission of students.

Documents required along with the application form :-
(new students admin into Balavatika)
  • Passport-size photographs of the student, parents, and guardian.
  • Candidate’s Date of Birth certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • Candidate’s Aadhar card for all types of categories of students (For UDISE+).
  • Copy of residential proof.
  • Bonafide certificate / Study certificate and Transfer certificate.
  • Report card of previous class.
  • Govt notified caste certificate (for CBSE Records)
  • PEN (Govt of India – UDISE+) Number from the previous school.
  • required Documents for admin for other classes who are transfered or changing the school.
  • need to provide all the above document, TC, with PEN number as per(UDISE+).

Process Of Admission

  • Visit the school and submit the completed new Admission application form along with the above documents.
  • Written test for Grades I to IX will confirm the admission of the student for that particular class notified.
  • Transport services will be available by payment of requisite fees.
  • Payment of I term of Tuition fees will confirm the admission.
